In the war-torn streets of MegaSector 6, in the ruins of a sprawling conurbation once called "The Angels" in a forgotten tongue, vicious gangs battle over their gutter kingdoms through violence and cunning. Drugs, prostitution, extortion, smuggling, murder; if it is illegal in the dictatorial Confederated States of America, it thrives in the lawless hell of the slum-lands. Orchestrating this madness are the Gang Lords, brutal men and women who have murdered, cheated, and schemed their way into positions of power, power that can only be held through fear.

Most feared among these bloody warlords is the legendary Napalm Queen, Vash'ra the Annihilator.
A true psychopath, this agent of mayhem carved out a district for herself as a youth with nothing more than her lust for destruction and her complete disregard for human life. Like a creeping wildfire her territory expands daily, as her armies clash in the streets with rival gangs seeking to subvert her rule. Unlike many underlings whose loyalty has been bought, Vash'ra's thugs display an almost suicidal loyalty to their insane mistress, although whether this is born of sincere zealotry or terror of the Napalm Queen is unknown.
Despite her vast forces of vicious killers at her disposal Vash'ra is never content to remain on her throne: no matter how many times she has been maimed, burned, or injured she always returns to battle, charging heedlessly into the fiercest fighting whenever it erupts. Merely the sight of the Annihilator on the field of battle will break all but the most hardened of fighters, for neither friend nor foe can count themselves safe from the insane Napalm Queen.
For she does not care who burns in her mad rampage, only that the fire spreads until the whole world is aflame.

Khorne, the World Eaters and the Orks will love her. Hell, I bet Angron would have found a way to make her the first female Space Marine had they encountered each other during the great crusade.
